BOUCHERVILLE, Thursday October 6 2011 - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Disciplinary Prefect today suspended Rimouski Océanic defenseman Ãtienne Boutet for 5 games following a hit to an opponent's head which occurred during last Saturday's game versus the Moncton Wildcats.
The decision was rendered after reviewing the video of the incident, gathering the testimonies from the players and the organizations involved, reading the officials' report and consulting the independent committee in the matter of disciplinary sanctions.
