With Asheville's Rusty LaRue signing a 10-day contract with the Golden State Warriors, 23 NBDL players have now been called up 32 times to NBA teams. Currently 16 of those 23, or 70-percent, are on NBA rosters. Following is a complete list of former NBDL players currently on NBA rosters, which also includes two players that previously played in the NBDL, but were called up subsequent to playing in the league.

FAITH AND FAMILY

The Columbus Riverdragons are hosting "Faith and Family Night" Friday at the Columbus Civic Center. The Riverdragons have invited all church choirs from the Chattahoochee Valley to join together for the largest single performance of the National Anthem and God Bless America in Columbus sports history prior to tip off against Roanoke. Characters from the popular children's video series "VeggieTales" are also expected to make an appearance.

MARQUE WEEKEND

Roanoke guard Marque Perry established a new NBDL single-game scoring high for this season by pouring in 40 points in the Dazzle's 109-102 overtime win over Huntsville Saturday. In two games against the Flight last weekend, the former St. Louis star scored 64 points and connected on 25-of-42 field goal attempts (60%).

RICCI MAN, SCORE MAN

Huntsville forward Phil Ricci made the final days of February his own. In four games last week, Ricci averaged 22.3 points and 5.8 rebounds while converting 30-of-50 field goal attempts (60%) and 29-of-37 free throw attempts (78.4%).

BIG NIGHTS IN THE STAR CITY

A couple of fan favorites are making back-to-back weekend appearances in Roanoke in March. SpongeBob SquarePants is coming to the Roanoke Civic Center Feb. 13 when the Dazzle is host to Huntsville, and Hip Hop, the popular 76ers mascot, makes a return engagement on March 20 when Roanoke entertains Columbus.

The NBDL is featured on NBA TV each Monday, beginning with the NBDL game of the week at 4:30 p.m., followed by "This Week in the NBDL", a live show which features the top stories and players from the National Basketball Development League. The show is hosted by Rick Kamla.
