
2011 All-IFL Honors Announced

Sioux Falls Storm News Release
The Sioux Falls Storm is proud to announce its 2011 All-IFL Honorees.
The Storm had four players receive First Team All-IFL Honors. Chris Dixon has been named First Team All-IFL Quarterback completing 224 of 332 passes for 2856 yards and 74 touchdowns and with 94 carries for 448 yards and 21 rushing touchdowns. James Terry has been name First Team All-IFL Wide Receiver with 74 receptions for 864 yards and 22 touchdowns averaging 11.7 yards per receptions and 72 yards per game. Myniya Smith has been named All-IFL Offensive Line, and Charlie Sanders has been named All-IFL Center.
Three Storm players received Second Team All-IFL Honors. James Jones has been named Second Team All-IFL Running Back with 116 carries for 621 yards for 20 rushing touchdowns and 42 receptions for 370yards and 6 receiving touchdowns. Tommy Chavis has been named Second Team ALL-IFL Defensive Line with 50 tackles, 8.5 sacks, four forced fumbles resulting in touchdowns, two broken-up passes and two safeties. Stewart Franks was named Second Team All-IFL Ironman excelling on both offense and defense with 6 interceptions and 9 touchdowns.
Storm fans can catch these All-IFL players in action when the Sioux Falls Storm hosts the United Conference Championship against the Green Bay Blizzard Sat, July 9.
