
2007 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship Team announces management team and coaching staff

EDMONTON, AB-The Canadian Lacrosse Association announced today its Management Committee and Coaching Staff for the 2007 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship Team. The announcement of the individuals is a highlight for the Edmonton Rush as three individuals have been named to the team.
The Rush's General Manager and Head Coach, Paul Day will serve as the Assistant GM West on the Coaching Staff Team, President, Duane Vienneau and Owner, Bruce Urban will serve on the Management Committee.
"This is a great opportunity for us to be involved in bringing international exposure to our sport." states President, Duane Vienneau "We're are honoured to be chosen to the team and look forward to the challenge of building a world championship team and participating in this unique and exciting tournament."
The International Lacrosse Federation's indoor championship, which features the world's top eight teams and takes place every four years, will be held May 14-20, 2007 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The event begins immediately after the conclusion of the 2007 National Lacrosse League Playoffs.
