
12 Former Talons Make AFL Rosters

The arenafootball2 league (af2) has announced that 74 former af2 players have made the final rosters of Arena Football League (AFL) teams. Among them, 12 are former Tulsa Talons.
Joining former head coach Skip Foster with the Austin Wranglers are: WR/LB Mitch Allner, WR/DB Aleric Clark, WR/DB Brandon Daniels, K Tony Dodson, OS Tacoma Fontaine, FB/LB Corky Martin, OL/DL Ramon Richardson, and OL/DL Gladston Taylor.
QB Craig Strickland and OL/DL Travis Masters went to the Dallas Desperados, and WR/LB Jarrail Jackson and OL/DL Richard McCleskey made the Columbus Destroyers roster.
The 2004 AFL season is now underway! Austin opens the season in Orlando on February 13th, while Columbus opens on Saturday in Indiana and Dallas opens at home against Carolina on Sunday.
The Tulsa Talons will kick off their 5th af2 campaign on Saturday, April 3rd, hosting the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz.
