HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL - The Windy City Bulls announced today that guard Tim Quarterman has been re-assigned to the team by the Portland Trail Blazers via the NBA's flexible assignment rule.
Quarterman (6'6/187/LSU) averaged 12.3 points, 6.6 assists, and 5.3 rebounds in three games for Windy City during an earlier assignment.
