The Rockford IceHogs won two of three games last week to improve to 7-2-0-0 on the 2017-18 season...Rockford forced overtime with Iowa before notching a victory on Tomas Jurco's overtime goal on Oct. 25; Suffered a 5-2 loss vs. Milwaukee on Oct. 27; And rallied for five unanswered goals against Grand Rapids for a 4-3 come-from-behind victory on Oct. 28...The Hogs currently rank first in the Central Division and second overall in the AHL in win percentage (.778; behind Tucson, 5-1-1-0 .786)...In addition, Rockford's 14 total points thus far are the most in the Western Conference and second in the entire league behind only Lehigh Valley (15 points).

Forward Vinnie Hinostroza notched a six-game point streak through the first nine games of the season (snapped the streak Oct. 27 vs. Milwuakee) and has found the scoresheet in seven of his first nine contests...Hinostroza concluded his team-high streak with 4g-6a-10pts in six games, and enters the week with 4g-7a-11pts on the year...The forward leads the IceHogs and ranks tied for sixth in the AHL in total points as of Oct. 30.

Rookie David Kampf tallied one point in each of Rockford's three games last week and currently owns the team's longest active point streak at five straight games...Kampf registered an assist Oct. 25 at Iowa and Oct. 28 vs. Grand Rapids, and potted a goal Nov. 27 vs. Milwaukee as part of his streak...The forward has totaled 3g-4a-7pts during his five-game streak and 3g-5a-8pts overall in 2017-18...He begins this week's action tied for fourth in the league in rookie scoring.

Winger Matt Iacopelli matched fellow IceHogs forward Kampf for the team lead with three points in three games last week. Iacopelli began the season with just one point (an assist) in his first four games through Oct. 20, but has since produced five points in his last four games on a pair of goals and three assists from Oct. 22-28.

The IceHogs scored each of their four goals against Grand Rapids while on the power play during Saturday's 4-3 victory. Rockford has now combined for 11 total power-play goals to trail only San Diego for the most PPG in the AHL through last week's action...Overall, the Hogs are 11-for-46 on the man-advantage to rank third in the AHL in power-play efficiency (23.9%).

UPCOMING HOME GAMES: Saturday, Nov. 10: The Rockford IceHogs host the San Antonio Rampage on Pucks & Paws Night.
