Daniel Orton Added to Drive's Roster

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Feb. 11 - The Grand Rapids Drive added NBA veteran Daniel Orton to the current 2014-15 inaugural season roster, announced today.
Orton, a 6'10, 255-pound center was originally drafted by the Orlando Magic in the first round of the 2010 NBA Draft. In addition to the Magic, Orton has also played for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Philadelphia 76ers during his four-year career. Last season he played for the NBA D-league Maine Red Claws, Boston Celtics affiliate, averaging 11.3 points and 7.2 rebounds in 24 games.
Orton will activate the 12th roster spot for the Grand Rapids Drive and will wear jersey number 32.
L.D. Williams has been deactivated due to season ending injury.
