Westchester Knicks News Release
WHITE PLAINS, December 1, 2014 - The Westchester Knicks (3-3) won a thriller against the Erie BayHawks (3-3), the former affiliate of the New York Knicks and current affiliate of the Orlando Magic, in a game that came down to mere seconds. Westchester pulled off the win with a final score of 91-88.
Erie got a head start with eight points early on, all from BayHawks forward Kadeem Batts. Knicks guard Andre Barrett kept it a two-scorer game with the first five points for Westchester but soon got help with a charged up jump shot from Knicks forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo. Erie held on to the lead for the majority of the first half leading Westchester 42-37 at halftime, but Westchester managed to tie it up 55-55 with six minutes to go in the third quarter with the assistance of two made free throws from Knicks forward Langston Galloway.
Neither team wanted to give up the lead with both teams going shot for shot in the third, but Erie prevailed heading into the final quarter with the Knicks still trailing 69-67. It looked like the BayHawks had it in the bag but with just over a minute to go in the fourth, Antetokounmpo tied it back up 87-87. With a huge three from player of the game Andre Barrett, the Knicks took the lead with just seconds to go and held off the BayHawks winning 91-88.

Langston Galloway followed with 18 points, three assists, three steals, and two rebounds while Thanasis Antetokounmpo finished the night with 17 points, nine rebounds, four blocks, and two steals.
