2013 Eastern League All Star Game - JULY 10

Excitement is building across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts in anticipation of the 2013 Eastern League All Star Classic presented by Dunkin' Donuts that will be played at New Britain Stadium on Wednesday night, July 10th. The 2013 Mid-Summer Classic will once again bring the historic League's brightest stars to the home of the Rock Cats to perform in front of the baseball savvy fans and families of southern New England. A spectacular post-game fireworks display will light up the night, putting an exclamation point on this rare and wonderful event.

2013 Home Run Derby & Autograph Session - JULY 9

The 2013 Home Run Derby presented by the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain takes place at the stadium Tuesday July 9th at 6pm. Come meet the MLB stars of tomorrow! Gates open at 4pm with an All Star Block Party at the main gates featuring The Art Truck, The Gamers Box and more. The free Eastern League All Star Autograph Session Done Fast, Done Right with MOPAR Express Lane takes place ON THE FIELD from 4:30-5:30, and the Home Run Derby launches at 6pm! Past players include David Ortiz, Derek Jeter, Grady Sizemore and many more.

All Star FanFest Bushnell Park Hartford - JULY 5

The Rock Cats have partnered with M.E.C.A (Marketing, Events & Cultural Affairs for the city of Hartford) to host an All-Star FanFest in Bushnell Park Friday July 5th at 5pm. This free event is open to the public and will include Rock Cats Inflatable Games, a Bounce House, Exhibitors, Food Trucks, A Vintage Baseball Exhibition, Mascots and More! When the sun goes down, the screen goes up for a public screening of A League of Their Own starring Tom Hanks & Geena Davis. The screening is part of Hartford Parks' Movies After Dark series and was voted on by fans like you!
