Attention All Local Harlingen Baseball Players:

Are you an aspiring professional baseball player currently living in Harlingen and looking to sign a contract for the 2013 season?

The Texas Winter League could be your opportunity to get your professional baseball career started!

The TWL is a winter developmental baseball league running from January 31st through March 1st, that provides aspiring players the opportunity to not only work on their baseball skills during the offseason, but also allows them to play every day in front of professional managers who are looking to sign players for their respective 2013 regular seasons. Managers from the CanAm, American Association, Frontier, and North American Leagues will all be serving as coaches during the TWL and all have the ability to sign players at the conclusion of the league. The Arizona Diamondbacks, Baltimore Orioles, and Miami Marlins have also confirmed that they will send scouts to check out the talent at the TWL, and we expect to receive more confirmations from other MLB teams as we get closer to the start of the camp.

As a local player living in or near Harlingen, we'd like to inform you of an exclusive opportunity available to you. Out of the 60 roster spots in the TWL, we are reserving 10 spots for local players looking to take part in this year's TWL. Being that you are local and will not need housing or food like the players from out of state, we are offering a significantly discounted rate of $1500. This registration fee is over half off of the regular TWL price!
