Stockton, Calif. - A one-goal game favored the Stockton Thunder tonight as the Las Vegas Wranglers were shut out 1-0 in the second of a two-game road series.

Outshooting the Thunder in every period, Wranglers goaltender Joe Fallon backed the team up by stopping all eight of Stockton's shots through the first. Less than three minutes into the second, though, Thunder right wing Toni Rajala scored a power play goal to put his team on the board for the 1-0 lead.

Fallon and Thunder goaltender Cody Reichard resumed a scoreless period in the third, and with the Wranglers unable to score the equalizer, Stockton collected the 1-0 win. Reichard blocked all 38 of Las Vegas' shots, while Fallon stopped 22 of 23 from the Thunder.

The Wranglers return home on Friday, Dec. 7, and Saturday, Dec. 8, to take on the Idaho Steelheads and Thunder, respectively. Tonight's full box score can be found here .
