The week ended with a 6-3 win against Stockton on Saturday. Dean Ouellet notched the first hat trick in Bulls history, while Simon Danis-Pepin and Kris Belan each added a pair of assists. San Francisco's power play added two goals on four chances to end the week 7-for-12 (58.3 percent) on the man advantage.
Heemskerk has led the Bulls resurgence, posting four consecutive wins, and going 5-0-1 in his last six starts. The San Jose Sharks prospect leads the league in both minutes played (908) and saves (462).
Ouellet is tied for first among ECHL rookies with 10 goals and 17 points, while fellow first-year player Guimond is tied for the rookie lead with 11 assists and is tied for third among rookies with 16 points, while Justin Bowers leads the Bulls in scoring with 20 points (5g-15) in 20 games.
