
Royals Release Forward Tyler Gron

Reading Royals News Release
Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League and the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League, today announced that the team has released forward Tyler Gron from his ECHL contract. In a separate transaction, the Royals placed forward David Civitarese on the Reserve List. Gron did not appear in either of the first two games of the season for Reading. Civitarese has played two games for Reading without registering any points or penalty minutes.
Tonight, the Royals travel to Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, New Jersey, where they'll face the Trenton Titans at 7:05 pm. Radio broadcast kicks off at 6:35 pm on ESPN Radio in Reading (1240 am and 98.5 fm). Tonight's game, as with all Royals' road games this season will be televised locally in Berks County, Pennsylvania, on BCTV courtesy of Boscov's Travel and Apple Vacations.
