Stingrays Unveil 2012 Military Appreciation Night Jerseys

North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, celebrating 20 seasons of hockey in the Lowcountry and proud ECHL affiliate of the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL), unveiled their 2012 Military Appreciation Night jerseys that will be worn by the players on Saturday, October 20 during Military Appreciation Night presented by General Dynamics at 7:05 p.m. against the Ontario Reign at the North Charleston Coliseum.

The jerseys will be auctioned off live after the game.

During Military Appreciation Night, the USO will be accepting donations to send overseas. Click here for more information. WWE superstar Sgt. Slaughter will sign autographs and take pictures with fans during the game.

The Stingrays visit their in-state rivals, the Greenville Road Warriors, for the first time this season on Friday, October 19 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bi-Lo Center in Greenville, S.C. and return to the North Charleston Coliseum on Saturday, October 20 to face the Ontario Reign for the first time in team history. Saturday is Military Appreciation Night presented by General Dynamics featuring Stars and Stripes jerseys and auction and WWF superstar Sgt. Slaughter!
