Flying Tigers Return Home Thursday for Craft Beer Fest

Lakeland, FL - The Lakeland Flying Tigers return home for a four-game series beginning Thursday, May 17 at Joker Marchant Stadium. Lakeland will host the St. Lucie Mets May 17-20. Tickets for all home games are available by calling the Flying Tigers at (863) 686-8075. Box seats are $6 and reserved seats are $5 and seniors 55 and over and children 14 and under receive a $1.00 discount. Saturday tickets are an additional $1. Wednesday All-You-Can-Eat tickets are $10. Monday tickets are $1. Parking is FREE.

Thursday, May 17 vs. St. Lucie Mets @ 6:30 p.m. (Gates open at 5:00 p.m.)

2nd Annual Sudz & Budz Craft Beer Fest and Bark in the Park Presented by Bell's Brewery

- Craft Beer Festival begins at 5:00 pm. There will be several craft beers to sample from 5:00- 6:30 p.m. AND 2-1 draft beer and $1 soda will be available beginning at 5:00 p.m. until the end of the 7th inning. There will also be live music during the Craft Beer Fest.

- Bring your dog to the game. There will be dog vendors, adoptable dogs, prizes and fun!

- Advance tickets to the Sudz & Budz are $10 and include craft beer samples, live music and a reserved ticket to the Flying Tigers game. Parking is free. Proceeds

from the event will benefit the Humane Society of Polk County. To purchase advance tickets, please contact the Humane Society at (863) 324-5227. $5 tickets to the Craft Beer Fest are available the day of the game but do not include a game ticket

2-1 Beer Night

Fans can enjoy 2 for 1 draft beer and $1 soda every Thursday home game. Beer sales will begin at 5:00 p.m. and end at the conclusion of the 7th inning.

Flying Tigers Camo T-Shirt Giveaway Sponsored by Team Hammer

The Flying Tigers will be giving away camo t-shirts to the first 350 paid adults (ages 15 and older) sponsored by Team Hammer.

Pre-Game

Tattoo and balloon artists from Twisted Artz will be in the main concourse beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Royal Rangers Night

Special group ticket packages for Royal Rangers and their families.

Bethune Academy Spirit Night

Bethune Academy students, teachers and parents will be participating in fun promotions throughout the game.

Mulberry Dixie Youth Team Party

The Flying Tigers will be hosting Mulberry Dixie Youth's team parties before and during the game. Each team will parade on the field prior to the game.

Saturday, May 19 vs. St. Lucie Mets @ 6:00 p.m. (Gates open at 4:30 p.m.)

Patriotic Fireworks Extravaganza following the game (weather permitting).

Armed Forces Day Celebration

The Flying Tigers will be honoring current and retired members of the military for their service to the country. Veterans and current military personnel will also receive FREE admission. There will be a special JROTC Pass and Review celebration on the field prior to the game.

Pre-Game

- Roy Powers and the Last Exit Blues Band will be performing in the concourse prior to the game.

- 97 Country WPCV live remote from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. in front of Joker Marchant Stadium.

North Lakeland Little League Team Party

The Flying Tigers will be hosting North Lakeland Little League's team parties before and during the game. Each team will parade on the field prior to the game.

Tiger Trot 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

The Flying Tigers annual Tiger Trot 5K will take place on Saturday, May 19 at Joker Marchant Stadium. The race will begin at 8:00 am with registration and packet pickup beginning at 7:00 am. Trophies will be awarded to the Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female as well as age group winners. There will also be special military team awards. 5K entry fee is $25 and includes race t-shirt (while supplies last) and a special dog tag. The Tiger Trot benefits the Detroit Tigers Foundation of Florida, Polk County ROTC programs and The Ledger's Newspaper in Education Program. To register please visit LakelandFlyingTigers.com.

Sunday, May 20 vs. St. Lucie Mets @ 1:00 p.m. (Gates open at 12:00 p.m.)

Kids Day

- All kids 14 and under will receive free admission to the game.

- Kids can play catch on the field beginning at noon (weather permitting).

- Kids can also run the bases just like the Flying Tigers following the game (weather permitting).

- All fans will receive a voucher for a free sundae, compliments of Dairy Queen - North Lakeland.
