
Captains Inaugural Beer Festival June 9

Are you one of our many Captains fans who enjoy sampling some of the 50+ different beers served at Classic Park? Do you have a friend who loves to try new beers every time you go out together? If so, you'll be excited to hear about the newest event coming to Classic Park this summer - the inaugural Captains Beer Festival.
The Captains Beer Festival is Saturday, June 9 at Classic Park. The event will take place on the main concourse inside the stadium from 1PM to 4PM and will feature beer from at least 20 different breweries.
General admission tickets to the event are only $35 with V.I.P. tickets priced at $50. Each ticket comes with 15 sampling tickets so you can try a wide variety of beers while you're at the event. V.I.P. ticket holders will also be permitted to enter 30 minutes early and will be treated to an exclusive all-you-can-eat Beer-Lovers Food Buffet in the right field picnic area. All attendees will receive a souvenir sampling glass to commemorate the event. Brooklyn Brewery and Woodchuck Cider are the presenting sponsors for the event. The other participating breweries thus far are Anderson Valley Brewing Company, Ayinger Brewery, Smuttynose Brewing Company, Thirsty Dog Brewing Company, Victory Brewing Company, Blue Moon, Leinenkugel Brewing Company, Great Lakes Brewing Company, Samuel Adams, Columbus Brewing Company, Cellar Rats Brewery, Sierra Nevada, Harpoon Brewery, Magic Hat Brewing Company, Curious Traveler, Palm and Rivertown Brewing Company. Other breweries are expected to be added in coming weeks.
