B-Sens Reassign Forward Jack Downing to Elmira

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have reassigned forward Jack Downing to the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.

Downing, 23, has appeared in 45 games for the B-Sens this season, recording 17 points (nine goals, eight assists).

The 6-3, 200-pound forward has posted 11 goals and eight assists for 19 points in 25 games with the Jackals this season.

The Jackals are in action tonight as they host the Reading Royals at 7:05 p.m. in Game 5 of the best-of-five ECHL Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

The B-Sens return to action on Friday as they travel to Wilkes-Barre to face the Penguins. Game time is 7:05 p.m. Fans can listen live on "Binghamton's Classic Hits" BIG 107.5 (WBBI-FM). Voice of the B-Sens Grady Whittenburg will have the call beginning 30 minutes before game time as he hosts Countdown to Faceoff.
