
Mad Ants Conduct Trades, Acquire Goods

Fort Wayne, IN (March 7, 2012)- The Mad Ants announced today that they have acquired Anthony Goods through a trade with the Dakota Wizards. The Mad Ants traded their 3rd round pick of the 2012 NBA D-League Draft.
Goods, a 6'3" 200lbs guard out of Stanford, was drafted by the Mad Ants in the 4th round of 2010 NBA D-League Draft. He played in one game for the Ants but finished the season with the Dakota Wizards where he averaged 18.2 points per game and finished 8th in the league in scoring. He started this season with the Wizards where he averaged 17.1 points in 8 games before heading overseas to play in Italy.
In a separate deal, the Mad Ants acquired Dan Gadzuric and have traded him to the Legends for their 2nd round pick of the 2012 NBA D-League Draft.
Goods will join the team this Thursday night as they take on the Maine Red Claws at home in a 7:00pm game. To make room on the roster, the Mad Ants have waived Devan Downey.
