Belleville Bulls News Release
BELLEVILLE, ON - In partnership with Belleville General Hospital, the Belleville Bulls Hockey Club is excited to announce that it will be hosting the Sticks and Stones Event at the Yardmen Arena on Saturday, February 11th, 2012 when the Bulls host the Guelph Storm at 7:05pm.
The Bulls will be wearing a special limited edition hospital themed uniform, with all jerseys to be auctioned off on the ice following the conclusion of the game. Proceeds from the jerseys will go directly to Belleville General Hospital in support of their efforts to purchase a Holmium Laser. This technology is used to assist in the process of eliminating kidney stones, a health problem prevalent in the Quinte region.
Winning bidders of the post-game game worn jersey auction will also have the opportunity to have their jersey signed as well as a personalized photo with the featured Bulls player. Attached are photos of the limited edition jersey being displayed by a group of Bulls
This event is sponsored by Rona Belleville. Rona will be co-ordinating intermission activities throughout the game.
Loyalist College Business Sales students will also be assisting in the execution of the night's events.
A portion of the game's ticket sales will be donated directly to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation. In support of the cause, the Bulls are asking that all fans wear white to the game.
