
Black Hawks Announce 3rd Annual Buy Local Program

Waterloo, Iowa-Beginning with the Waterloo Black Hawks next home game on January 29th through a February 25th matchup against the Fargo Force, hockey fans will have the opportunity to get free hockey tickets and memorabilia when they pick up locally-made products from the grocery store.
The Hawks announced their redesigned, third-annual "Waterloo Black Hawks Buy Local Promotion" Friday. Buy Local partners in 2012 include Fit-Pop Popcorn of Cedar Falls, Pasquale's Pizza of Humboldt, and Cheryl's Fresh Salsa of Wellman. Fans enjoying designated items from these Iowa companies will receive "Buy Local Bucks," which can be redeemed for a variety of "Buy Local" rewards. Team memorabilia, tickets, and other prizes will be available. In addition, all participants will have the chance to win an autographed Reebok Black Hawks preseason jersey. Details about specific "Buy Local" products and official rules are included on the accompanying entry form.
