Erie BayHawks News Release
Erie, Pennsylvania, Thursday, January 12 - The Erie BayHawks have reacquired guard Mike Gerrity to fill an available roster spot left open after guard Mike James was called up to the Chicago Bulls yesterday.
Gerrity (6-1, 180) played in 11 games this season with the BayHawks and averaged 10.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 3.9 assists before being waived last Friday to make room for James, a nine year NBA veteran. Gerrity played collegiately at USC.
Erie plays a two-game series with the Texas Legends on Friday and Saturday night at Tullio Arena. Tip-off each night is set for 7 pm.
Friday night is a Five Dollar Family Night in which all Main Level tickets are just five dollars each and Smith's Meal Deals are just five dollars each all game (hot dog, popcorn and drink).
On Saturday, the first high school boys varsity games of the season will be played at Tullio Arena as Linesville faces Maplewood at 2:30 and Mercyhurst plays Northwestern at 4 pm. Your BayHawks ticket gains you admission to all of the day's games.
Fans can visit the Tullio Arena Box Office for tickets or call the BayHawks at 790-5600 for more information.
