B-Sens Reassign Forward Louie Caporusso to Elmira Jackals

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have reassigned forward Louie Caporusso to the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.

Last season the 5-10, 198-pound center appeared in 41 games with the Central Collegiate Hockey Association's University of Michigan Wolverines scoring 11 goals and adding 20 assists, while recording 22 penalty minutes. In four years with the Wolverines, he recorded 144 points (68 goals, 76 assists) while registering 96 penalty minutes in 160 games.

The Toronto native was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the third round (90th overall) in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.

The B-Sens are in action again tonight as they host the Syracuse Crunch at 7:05 p.m. The first 500 fans in attendance 18 years of age and older receive a free lotto ticket courtesy of the New York Lotto. Tickets are $18.50 for side seating, $17.50 for end seating.
