Frisco, TX (March 10, 2011) - The Texas Legends announced today that their home game on Saturday, March 12 against in-state rival Austin Toros will be broadcast on tape delay at 10:30 p.m. CT on VERSUS, with tip-off set for 7:00 PM.

Along with two games on Fox Sports Southwest, this will be the Legends third game that will be nationally televised on VERSUS. The matchup features the NBA Development League affiliates of one of the biggest rivalries in the NBA between the Dallas Mavericks (Legends) and the San Antonio Spurs (Toros).

Texas made their national television debut on November 18 on VERSUS, in the team's inaugural game at Rio Grande Valley. The Legends are 2-2 in their first four television games this season.

The three nationally televised VERSUS games for the Legends are the most of any team in the NBA Development League this season.

Also on Saturday night, the Legends will host Brandon Underwood of the 2011 Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers. He will take the NCS700.com Rock the Shot prior to the game. If he hits a free throw he will earn $700, while a three-pointer will net him $1,000. If Underwood makes the shot, he will donate his winnings to Larry's House, a charity that helps the under privileged.

The Legends play the first of back-to-back games against the Austin Toros tomorrow night, with a 7:00 PM tip-off.
