
Majors Trade Lopes to Sudbury

Mississauga, ON- The Mississauga St. Michael's Majors have traded forward Ryan Lopes to the Sudbury Wolves in exchange for a seventh round draft pick in the 2013 OHL Priority Selection.
Lopes, 19, is currently in his third season in the league. The Brampton, Ontario native was a fourth round pick of the Majors in the 2007 OHL Priority Selection. He appeared in only two games this season for the Majors registering no points and a minus two rating. Lopes collected 19 points in 66 games for Mississauga in the regular season and three points in 16 playoff games last season.
