Riversharks To Host A Wedding At Campbell's Field

Today, the Camden Riversharks have announced that they will host "A Wedding at Campbell's Field," presented by Jay West Bridal of Haddonfield. The Camden Riversharks and Jay West Bridal of Haddonfield will offer a lucky couple the opportunity to win a free wedding set to take place on Friday, August 13th, 2010.
The wedding will include a traditional ceremony performed on the field, behind home plate, prior to that night's ballgame against the Bridgeport Bluefish at 7:05 pm. Jay West Bridal of Haddonfield will be providing the wedding dress and any alterations that need to be made for the bride. A reception will be held in the Diamond Café, the Camden Riversharks finest suite, which will accommodate up to 200 guests for the evening. A professional photographer, Photography by Karl, will be documenting the happy couple's entire day, and to conclude the evening a fireworks display will take place just beyond the wall of Campbell's Field.
Couples, families and friends are asked to visit the âWin a Free Wedding' contest page on the Camden Riversharks website, www.riversharks.com/contest_wedding.cfm, and fill out an entry form explaining why they should be the chosen couple.
This will mark the second consecutive year that a wedding has been performed at Campbell's Field. Last year Jennifer Tomasulo and James DeFrancisco Jr. were wed on June 26th. "Everything was great, and we had so much fun," said Jennifer Tomasulo, "Jim was the one that really wanted to get married at a Riversharks game, and I was hesitant at first, but now I couldn't be happier with the decision we made. It was a great night."
The Riversharks will return home to play a three game series against the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs that begins on Friday, May 21st at 7:05pm. Individual and group tickets are now on sale, and can be purchased online at www.riversharks.com or by calling 1-866-SHARKS-9.
