WhiteWings To Host Job Fair Saturday

Harlingen - United League Baseball's Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings announced today that they are holding a job fair on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Harlingen Field to search for game day employees.

Available positions include:

- Promotions Staff - Ticket Sales - Ticket Takers - Parking Attendants - Wait Staff (TABC Certified) - Hawkers (TABC Certified) - Cooks - Concession Staff (TABC Certified) - Cashiers (TABC certified) - Bankers (bonded)

Game day internships are also available for students who qualify for school credits. Those searching for internships are encouraged to send their resumes in advance to WhiteWings Director of Communications Jonah Goldberg at jonahgol@whitewingsbaseball.com.

The WhiteWings open the 2010 season against Laredo Broncos on Thursday, May 27 at Veterans Field. The WhiteWings' home opener is on Saturday, May 29 at 7:05 p.m. against the Edinburg Roadrunners at Harlingen Field. The WhiteWings will also host the Roadrunners in an 11:05 a.m. exhibition game on Monday, May 24.
