Knighthawks Notes: Rochester (5-4) enters the week in a three-way tie for second place in the East Division with Orlando and Boston. All three teams trail the Toronto Rock (6-4) by one-half game. The Knighthawks' two-game winning streak and three-game home winning streak was snapped in a 12-11 overtime loss to Edmonton on February 27th. The contest Saturday is the second of a season-high four-game homestand for Rochester, who own a 3-1 record at home this season. Craig Point is second on the team with 20 goals, which is already one more than he registered last season. John Grant Jr. is seventh in the NLL with 51 points (21+3) in nine games. Shawn Williams needs one assist to become only the fifth player in NLL history to reach the 500 mark. He is also nine points away from 700 as a Knighthawk. Shawn Evans has started to heat up offensively with three goals and seven assists in his last two games. Rochester is second in the NLL with 26 power-play goals.

Orlando has a tough week, hosting the Philadelphia Wings on Friday before flying to Rochester to play the Knighthawks on Saturday. The Titans boast the toughest defense in the NLL, limiting opponents to a league-low 70 goals. They are led by goalie Matt Vinc, who is tied for second in the league with a 9.52 goals-against average. Bill Greer leads all defensemen with 12 points (5+7) in seven games. If that wasn't enough, the Titans have the top power-play unit in the league converting 60 percent of their opportunities (21 of 35). Jordan Hall is the team's top point producer with 41 points (11+30), while Casey Powell is the top goal scorer with 22 this season.
