Bucks Take Auction Winners To Lunch At Rudy's

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League took select fans to lunch Tuesday afternoon with the team at Rudy's BBQ.

Fans who bought the Bucks Valentines Day jerseys in the postgame auction also won lunch with the entire team as a part of the prize. This was the first time the Bucks offered lunch with the players as part of a jersey auction.

"We hope to do this again for future jersey auctions. It's a great way to show our appreciation to the people who buy the jerseys," said Bucks President/General Manager and Head Coach Terry Ruskowski. "We want to thank Rudy's as well for their tremendous support as well. They always go above and beyond for us."

After lunch Bucks players posed for pictures and signed autographs with the fans who bought their jerseys.

The Bucks last jersey auction of the season is March 17th for St. Patrick's Day. The Bucks host Odessa at 7pm that night with the auction to follow.

**BUCKS TO GIVE OUT "RIVALRY T-SHIRTS" FRIDAY**

When the Bucks host Rio Grande Valley on Friday February 26th the first 1,000 fans to enter the LEC will receive a FREE Bucks/Bees "rivalry t-shirt". This is a unique t-shirt with a never before seen design and logo that describes the Bucks and Bees rivalry perfectly. Group tickets start at just $10, call 718-BUCK (2825).

There will be a post-game skate following the rivalry game between the Bucks and Bees.

**GIVE BLOOD, PLAY HOCKEY SATURDAY**

The Bucks will hold "Give Blood, Play Hockey" on Saturday February 27th at the LEC. The blood drive runs from 8am-7pm in the concourse of the arena. Everyone who donates blood will receive TWO FREE TICKETS to the game, along with many other gifts. The Bucks host the Brahmas at 7:30pm.
