San Jose Giants News Release
SAN JOSE, CALIF- The devastating earthquake in Haiti has left thousands of people in need of basic services and supplies. As we process the horrific images of those who lost their lives during this event we are reminded of the survivors that need our help.
The San Jose Giants will be donating $1,000 to the relief efforts and are asking anyone who is in a position to help, to please join the team. Members of the community can join the San Jose Giants in contributing to the UNICEF "Earthquake in Haiti" donation page or you can also text "HAITI" to "90999" and a donation of $10 will be given automatically to the Red Cross to help with relief efforts that will be reflected with a charge to your phone bill. The San Jose Giants ask that people please give what they can to the relief efforts and help the team send hope and strength to those in need.
