Mad Ants Host Third Annual Draft Party At Crazy Pinz

FORT WAYNE, IN, (October 22, 2009) - The Fort Wayne Mad Ants are inviting all Fort Wayne fans to attend the 2009 NBA D-League Draft Party hosted by Crazy Pinz on Thursday, November 5. Head coach Joey Meyer and assistant coach Michael Sanders will be making their 8 draft picks live from Crazy Pinz. The Mad Ants have the 10th pick in the draft which begins at 7:00 pm and will be aired live on NBA TV.
Fans will get a chance to meet and hear from the coaches as well as some of your favorite former Mad Ants players like DeWitt Scott and Anthony Kent. The 2009-10 Madame Ants will make their debut, and The Mad Ant himself will be in attendance. The Mad Ants will have a raffle as well as play games throughout the evening for Mad Ants prizes.
There will be plenty of entertainment for all families, as Crazy Pinz offers something for everyone including bowling, indoor mini-golf, indoor bumper cars, an arcade, and a full restaurant and bar.
The Mad Ants tip off the 2009-10 NBA D-League season at home in the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum against the Erie BayHawks on Friday, November 27. Season tickets are now on sale for the team's third season. For ticket information, please contact the Mad Ants office at (260)469-HOOP (4667).
