
Follow the Crunch on Twitter for a Chance to Win a VIP Meet and Greet with Ralph Macchio

Syracuse, NY (October 2, 2009) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they are giving fans an opportunity to win four (4) tickets to the Crunch's home opener vs. Adirondack on October 10 along with four (4) VIP passes to a special meet and greet with the Crunch's Quickway opening night guest, The Karate Kid star Ralph Macchio.
On Monday, October 5, the Crunch will 'tweet' a trivia question about The Karate Kid. The Crunch will randomly select a winner from all the correct answers submitted.
To be eligible, all answers must be sent using the Direct Message link. The deadline to respond to the trivia question is Wednesday, October 7 at 5 p.m. The winner will be contacted directly through their individual Twitter account.
Fans can joint the Crunch's Twitter community by entering www.twitter.com/syracusecrunch and choosing to 'follow' the posts. You must be a subscriber to Twitter to use the service. Go to www.twitter.com for more details.

The Crunch open their 16th AHL season on Saturday, October 3 in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Syracuse opens up at home the following weekend when they face Adirondack on Saturday, October 10. Season tickets are now on sale and can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473- 4444 or by stopping by the Crunch office in the War Memorial at Oncenter, located at 800 South State Street in downtown Syracuse.
