Roughnecks Announce New Front Office Staff Members

ODESSA, TX. : The Odessa Roughnecks announced from a press conference located at Harrigan's Grill & Bar in Odessa on Wednesday, September 9, the new staff members of the Odessa Roughnecks Front Office.

"Today we are very excited to announce and present our new front office staff members. Each representative brings a unique quality to the Odessa Roughnecks Professional Football Organization and we expect many great things to come from each member. I believe we have brought in the right core of people that will help our organization elevate to the next level." stated Odessa Roughnecks General Manager, Harold Fuller.

The following is a list of the new front office staff representatives of the Odessa Roughnecks:

Mike Stough, Director of Sales -

Mike will be starting his first season with the Odessa Roughnecks as the new Director of Sales. Stough is a 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University with a M.S. Degree in Sports Administration. Stough interned at IMG during his final semester at MSU in the Atlanta offices, and worked with Southeastern Conference sponsors during the SEC Championships. Most recently, Stough was the Director of Marketing, Promotions, Sales and the Assistant General Manager for the Rockbridge Rapids Valley League Baseball Team in Lexington, Virginia. Stough is a native of Richmond, Virginia.

Stephanie Baugh, Director of Football Operations -

Stephanie Baugh will begin her first season with the Roughnecks as the new Director of Football Operations. Her job duties will include assisting the Odessa Roughnecks Coaching Staff and Front Office Staff with community appearances and player issues. Stephanie is a recent graduate from the University of Kansas completing her degree in Sports Management in May of 2009. Baugh was a student-athlete while at KU and she held internships with the Kansas City Wizards and the Woman's Basketball Coaches Association. Her course work in sports management has provided her with a comprehensive view of the professional sports field.

Katelyn DiCristofano, Director of Business Operations -

Katelyn DiCristofano recently finished her first season with the Odessa Roughnecks as an intern and has now been promoted to Director of Business Operations. Katelyn is a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Sports management and a Minor in Economics. During her time at UMass, DiCristofano interned with the UMass Athletics Media Relations Department and co-ran the registration department for the 2008 Clif Bar Soccerfest. Katelyn also spent time in Sydney, Australia where she worked as a Marketing & Communications Assistant for the Sydney 2009 World Masters Games.
