
Sharks restructure front office, announce promotions

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced promotions within the front office as the Sharks gear up for their fourth season in Worcester.
Entering her fourth season with the organization, Suzanne Schwartz was promoted to Senior Director, Sales & Marketing and will oversee the ticket sales and marketing department under the direction of Michael Mudd. Entering their third seasons, Lindsey Marranca was promoted to Senior Account Executive while Eric Lindquist was promoted to Director of Public Relations and Broadcasting.
As part of the front office restructuring process, two account executives were named to new positions. Katie Kohutanycz was named the Sales and Marketing Coordinator while Tim Wegner was named the Assistant Equipment Manager.
The Sharks also announced the hire of former intern and part-time employee Erin McGlashing as the Accounting Clerk. McGlashing is a recent graduate of Nichols College where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration-sport management with a minor in marketing. The 22-year-old Milford, MA native is currently working on her MBA in sport management.
"We are gearing up for another successful hockey season in Worcester," said Lehr. "People should be an organization's biggest asset, and we're very thankful we've got such smart-working, loyal and dedicated people here in Worcester."
The Sharks are expected to announce three new employees this week to bolster the front office in anticipation of the Sharks fourth season in Worcester.
