The Salem Red Sox will be offering two separate 3-day camps for kids ages 7-13 during the summer which cover all aspects of the game. New for 2009 season: a 1-day Introduction to Baseball Camp for kids ages 4-8 and an adult.
Salem Red Sox coaching staff and players will be on hand during each camp to teach basic fundamentals such as hitting and pitching, as well as specialized skills like bunting and turning double plays. Each camper receives a Camp T-shirt and autograph sessions with players and coaches. Salem Red Sox Baseball Academies are a great way for kids to imporve their baseball skills, make new friends and most importantly, have fun!
