Futsal Academy with the Wave

Milwaukee Wave News Release
The Milwaukee Wave Futsal Academy begins this week at Elite Fitness and Racquet Club in Glendale.
This first-of-its-kind academy, from 9 a.m. to noon Monday-Friday, presents a unique story angle for a couple of reasons:
The staff includes the U.S. national team coach (Keith Tozer), the former Cuban national team coach (Elddys Valdez), and a Wave player who formerly played on one of the top 2 or 3 club teams in the entire world (Marcio Leite). So the depth of knowledge and experience at this camp is unlike anything in the country.
It also is the first camp to emphasize a sport that is growing in emphasis among youth soccer clubs. Many see the sport as a way to advance their players' footwork skills, as futsal puts great emphasis on that individual technical ability.
The academy continues July 13-17, also at Elite.
