Bucks Complete Trades With Blazers, Rage

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks announced Tuesday that they have completed two future considerations trades with Rocky Mountain and Oklahoma City from earlier this season. The deadline for CHL teams to complete the trades was late last week.
The Bucks have sent goaltender Andrew Martin to the Rage to complete the February Brent Cullaton trade, and have traded forward Matt Miller to the Blazers to complete the October Jaye Judd deal.
Martin heads to the Rage after was signed by the Bucks in January, when he was claimed off of waivers. Martin, a CHL All-Star in 2007-08 with New Mexico, went 7-3-1 in 16 regular season games for the Bucks this season. Martin picked up a 2-0 shutout of the eventual President's Cup Champion Texas Brahmas on March 14th.
The Plano, Texas native was 1-0 in the playoffs for Laredo, making 37 saves in game two of the Conference Semi-Finals in Odessa.
Miller heads to Oklahoma City after putting up 22 points in 38 games for the Bucks this season, including 14 goals and eight assists. Miller had three assists in 13 games for Rapid City earlier this season.
The Sioux Lookout, Ontario native had two points in five playoff games for the Bucks.
The Bucks will start their eighth season in the Gateway City in October, and will host the 2010 CHL All-Star game in January.
