Express to Unveil Commemorative Cup

ROUND ROCK - Fans looking to beat the heat this summer can slide into Wag-A-Bag this Friday, June 27 for a limited offer from the Central Texas convenience store at the Round Rock Express.

Round Rock will unveil its 2008 Commemorative Cup featuring pitcher Josh Muecke, outfielder Yordany Ramirez and third baseman Mark Saccomanno at the Wag-A-Bag on 705 E. Taylor Street, two miles west of The Dell Diamond on Highway 79. All three players, along with Express mascot Spike and members of the Round Rock front office will be on hand from 12:30-1:30 p.m. to usher in the cup, hand out tickets and sign autographs.

The first 200 patrons to the unveiling will receive a free 32-ounce commemorative cup along with a free fountain fill-up and two general admission tickets to the Express' Friday, June 27 game against Nashville which will feature post-game fireworks.

The full-color cup can be refilled for just 89-cents all summer at any of Wag-A-Bag's 19 Central Texas locations.
