O'Fallon, MO - It's a bird, it's a plane, it's...an air dog? The Ultimate Air Dogs are coming to T.R. Hughes Ballpark Sunday, June 29 to run, strut, bark and jump their way to victory.
The UAD is one of the premier dock jumping organizations in the country. Starting as a grassroots Michigan dock jumping club, UAD strives to make every single participant feel important, from the smallest novice jumper to the biggest ultimate high flyer.
UAD has partnered with Purina to round up participants for the Purina Incredible Dog Challenge as seen on CBS's "The Late Show with David Letterman" Purina has been a long time sponsor of UAD and their mascot "Sparky" Wilcox.
Purina's Bark At The Park, as the day will be called, is sponsored by Schnucks and will begin at 4:30 when the gates open. That day the River City Rascals will be playing the Evansville Otters at 6:05 p.m.
Bark At The Park festivities include a pre-game dog parade, competitions and jumps throughout the game by the UAD and dog owners, including a barking competition, roll over competition and best fan costume competition. For a donation made to the Open Door Animal Shelter any dog can jump.
