Eastern Professional Hockey League Welcomes the Brooklyn Aces

At a Press Conference today at the Aviator Sports and Recreation Center in Brooklyn, New York, the latest addition to the new Eastern Professional Hockey League team lineup was introduced. The Brooklyn Aces were formally announced along with the team's new logo (please see attached).

In addition, New Jersey native Chris Firriolo was introduced as the team's Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations. Most recently, Firriolo served as the General Manager and Head Coach of the Syracuse Stars Junior A Hockey Club of the Eastern Junior Hockey League where he led the team to its most successful season last year with a 40-10-6-1 record.

Prior to arriving in Syracuse, Chris spent two years as General Manager and Head Coach of the Oswego Admirals Junior A Hockey Club of the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League. Chris is also responsible for developing the New Jersey Native Elite Hockey Program where he created a developmental ground for local elite hockey players across the state of New Jersey.

The Brooklyn Aces will play twenty-five home games at the Aviator Sports and Recreation Center beginning this coming November. For more information about the Brooklyn Aces please check the Eastern Professional Hockey League website in the coming days at www.ephl.com.
