Edmonton Chill News Release
Edmonton, AB- In the spirit of friendly competition, Edmonton Chill owner Troy Barns and Snohomish Explosion owner Nathan Mumm have decided to place a bet on this evening`s game.
As usual, the bet will include the prized consumables from each team`s home area. To this end, Barns will be putting up a healthy portion of Alberta beef against Mumm`s Washington state apples. However, they did not stop there. They have also agreed that the losing team`s chief executive will be festooned in the winners jersey at courtside for the Western Conference playoffs, to be held in the Pacific Northwest, at the end of June.
In addition to trying to win the bet, the Explosion will be looking to end the Chill`s five-game winning streak while the Edmonton club seeks their third straight sweep.
