Round Rock Express News Release

ROUND ROCK - In an unprecedented melding of minor league telecasting, Ryan Sanders Baseball and FSN Southwest/FSN Houston announced Monday the regional broadcast of 12 Double-A and Triple-A games for both the Houston Astros and the Texas Rangers throughout the 2008 season.

Ryan Sanders Baseball, owner of the Double-A Corpus Christi Hooks (Houston) and Triple-A Round Rock Express (Houston), will produce six games featuring Corpus Christi and six featuring Round Rock. The Hooks will face the Frisco RoughRiders (Texas) in four of the live broadcasts while the Express will match up with Oklahoma (Texas) twice.

"We had a tremendously positive response to our telecasts with FSN Southwest last year, so we're excited to have expanded coverage for fans this year," said Ryan Sanders Baseball owner and C.E.O. Reid Ryan. "This is one of the best ways for fans to get a glimpse of tomorrow's stars today."

Added said FSN Southwest Senior Vice President and General Manager Jon Heidtke: "We're excited to extend our agreement with Ryan Sanders baseball and add more minor league games to our schedule. This will allow fans an opportunity to follow the stars of tomorrow today and get acquainted with future major league players who soon will be on big league rosters."

This year's broadcast team for the Astros Minor League Game of the Week presented by Citgo will include long-time Express broadcaster Mike Capps and Corpus Christi commentator Matt Hicks, along with color commentary from former Houston Astro pitcher and manager Larry Dierker and veteran reporter Skip Baldwin, who will provide coverage from the stands and the field.

Corpus Christi, which won the Texas League title in 2006, will have four of its six games broadcast from Whataburger Field while the remaining two will be aired on the road in Frisco.

Round Rock, 2006 Pacific Coast League American South Champions, will face five different opponents at home, including New Orleans (NY Mets), Albuquerque (Florida), Nashville (Milwaukee), Fresno (San Francisco) and Oklahoma. The Express' lone FSN Southwest/FSN Houston road game will be broadcast from Oklahoma City on June 23, an off-day for both the Astros and the Rangers.

"We're excited to be partnering with Ryan Sanders Baseball and FSN Southwest/FSN Houston to bring these regional broadcasts to Oklahoma," said Redhawks co-owner and managing partner Scott Pruitt.
