RiverHawks playoff tickets on sale

LOVES PARK, Ill. - The Rockford RiverHawks announced that they will place playoff tickets on sale beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
The RiverHawks will play the Windy City ThunderBolts in the first round of the Frontier League playoffs. The RiverHawks will host Game 3 on Friday and Game 4, if necessary, on Saturday. Each game is scheduled for a 7:05 p.m. start.
The RiverHawks also announced their Postseason Pour promotion. During all home playoff games, they will sell all beer, domestic and import, for $2 a bottle.
In addition, the RiverHawks extended their offer to season-ticket buyers to 5 p.m. Friday. Anybody who purchases a 2008 season-ticket or 10-game plan and puts 10 percent down will receive free tickets to all 2007 home playoff games. The offer is open to renewing and new season-ticket holders.
The RiverHawks are members of the Frontier League, a 12-team independent professional baseball league in its 15th season.
