Milwaukee Wave News Release

MILWAUKEE, WI (March 10, 2006) - In conjunction with the Wave and many Milwaukee businesses, Ethan Zohn, Survivor Africa winner, will make several appearances in the Reality All-Stars Soccer Festival March 17-19. Zohn's appearances for the weekend will support Grassroot Soccer, a global AIDS prevention organization, which teams up soccer stars to deliver prevention messages to children in the world's most HIV affected countries.

The Reality All-Stars Festival kicks off with Zohn stopping by the Miller Brewing Company for a private hard hat tour of the brewery and an appearance at the company's St. Patrick's Day employee event. The day concludes with a meet and mingle with Wave fans at Friday's game against the Chicago Storm. "I'm looking forward to taking in all that Milwaukee has to offer on Friday before my work for Grassroot Soccer begins on Saturday," Zohn said. Joining Zohn for the game as well as the rest of the weekend's events will be legendary Wave goalkeeper, Victor Nogueira.

On Saturday Jenna Morasca, Survivor Amazon winner and Zohn's girlfriend, and other castaway friends, will visit the Journal Sentinel sports show (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.).

On Saturday evening, Miller Brewing Company will host a dinner reception and silent auction featuring Zohn, Morasca and a number of other castaways. The event will be catered by Saz's from 7-10 p.m. with a special VIP Meet and Greet starting at 6 p.m. In addition to Zohn and Morasca, castaways scheduled to appear are: Tom "Big Tom" Buchanan, Chad Crittenden, Chris Daugherty, Rudy Boesch, Bobby Jon Drinkard, Ian Rosenberger, Leann Slaby, Lex van den Berghe, Julie Barry, Jennifer Lyon and Tina Wesson. Tickets for the event are $50 (standard) and $100 (VIP); call the Wave office (414-224-9283) for tickets and more information. All of the funds raised from this event will go directly to Grassroot Soccer.

Miller Brewing Company is a sponsor of the Milwaukee Wave and an active supporter of efforts to prevent and treat AIDS. The company is hosting and supporting the event as part of its corporate social investment platform, Miller REACH™, which focuses on five primary causes: Responsibility, Employment, AIDS/HIV, Cultural Diversity and Heritage Initiatives.

The weekend continues with another full day of activities on Sunday. Zohn will drop in at Saz's for brunch from 11 a.m. - 12 :30 p.m. to celebrate the restaurant's 30th anniversary. From there, he will take in the Milwaukee Wave's contest against the Philadelphia KiXX (kickoff at 1:05 p.m.) before taking the field in an exciting post-game match featuring Reality All-Stars and Wave Legends. In addition to the castaways mentioned above, Wave Legends Art Kramer, Steve Morris and current Wave Head Coach Keith Tozer are scheduled to participate along with current U.S. National Team member and Menomonee Falls native, Leslie Osborne.

"CBS 58 is pleased to be a presenting sponsor of the Reality All-Stars weekend," Jim Hall, CBS 58 General Manager, said. "CBS is home to Survivor so it is only fitting for us to be involved as Milwaukee plays host to thirteen former castaways. But our reason for involvement goes beyond that. We feel strongly about Ethan Zohn's Grassroot Soccer and what the organization is doing in the fight against AIDS."

"As both Miller Brewing Company and the Milwaukee Wave have, for many years, been great clients and customers at both Saz's Catering and Saz's State House Restaurant, it was a natural fit for us to become involved with them in such a great, charitable venture," Jim Kasper, Sales and Marketing Director, Saz's Catering, said. "As Saz's is now celebrating our 30th Anniversary serving the Milwaukee community, the Grassroots Soccer Reality All Stars Festival, became an ideal opportunity for us to offer our talents and give back to a great cause."

Admission to the Reality All-Stars/Wave Legends game is free with ticket purchases to the Milwaukee Wave vs. Philadelphia KiXX game. "The Wave has pledged a portion of the ticket sales from Sunday's game to Grassroot Soccer," Milwaukee Wave COO, Mike Lafferty said. "Another full house is expected as a result of the Reality All-Stars game combined with the Keith Tozer bobble-head and halftime ceremonies honoring Tozer for his 600th win."

"I'm excited about the way the Milwaukee community has embraced the efforts of Grassroot Soccer," Zohn said. "I am also impressed by the outpouring of support from the local businesses that have generously sponsored the weekend's events, allowing us to raise funds for such a good cause."
