
Joe Mathis of Fargo-Moorhead Receives Two-Game Suspension from Northern League

The Northern League announced today that outfielder Joe Mathis of the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks has received a two-game suspension for his ejection and subsequent actions in the game on Friday, August 26 versus Calgary.
Mathis also received an undisclosed fine for the incident.
Mathis will serve the suspension during Fargo-Moorhead's games on August 27 and 28.
The suspension is subject to appeal. If it is appealed, it will held in abeyance until Northern League Commissioner Mike Stone hears the appeal.
