Worcester, MA. The New England Surge proved to be the band of brothers with exceptional playing last night to win the first round of Atlantic Division playoffs against Lehigh Valley Outlawz at the DCU Center, New England's premier entertainment and sporting complex in Worcester. This is the third win against Lehigh for the Surge with the final score 58-34. Quarter Back Marc Eddy completed 7 touch downs, 4-to Harold Shaw, 2-to Cy Butler, and 1-to Colin Stoeztel. Next week on July 14th, the New England Surge face the Rochester Raiders in Rochester who beat Chesapeake last night, 76-43. The Division Champs, Atlantic and Great Lakes respectively, will clash on July 28th at a location to be determined.

July 14--Top two division play off winners--New England Surge & Rochester Raiders for the Atlantic Division, and Port Huron Tigers against the Kalamazoo Xplosion for the Great Lake Division.
