Head Coach John Wroblewski Leaving for International Coaching Opportunity

May 16, 2016 - YOUNGSTOWN, OH - Head Coach John Wroblewski will be moving on from the Youngstown Phantoms organization to become a head coach with the National Team Development Program (NTDP). Wroblewski will become the bench boss for the U.S. National Under-18 Team, replacing Don Granato. Wroblewski's transition is a natural progression, considering his history with the NTDP. Cam Morrison Captures USHL Rookie of the Year Honors

May 10, 2016 - YOUNGSTOWN, OH - The 2015-16 USHL Regular Season Awards were announced this week, and two former Phantoms have been recognized for outstanding campaigns. Forward Cam Morrison was named USHL Rookie of the Year after leading all rookies in scoring with 66 points (34G-32A) in 60 games. Morrison's 66 points were second overall in league scoring, only trailing USHL Player of the Year Rem Pitlick. Phantoms Build for Present and Future with 2016 USHL Draft

May 4, 2016 - YOUNGSTOWN, OH - More than 460 players were selected during the two-day 2016 USHL Draft, 27 of them chosen by the Youngstown Phantoms as teams fill their 45-man rosters. Phantoms End Season on High Note, Top USA for Seventh Straight Win

April 9, 2016 - YOUNGSTOWN, OH - The Youngstown Phantoms wrapped up the 2015-16 USHL season in style, downing the Team USA 17s by a final score of 5-4 in overtime. Despite not qualifying for the post-season Youngstown played great hockey down the stretch, winning its final seven games.
