
Zac Brown Band Coming to Sporting Park on September 11

Three-time GRAMMY winners and multi-platinum artists Zac Brown Band are coming to Sporting Park on September 11 on The Great American Road Trip Tour 2014, Sporting Club announced on Friday.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. CT on Friday, June 6 via Ticketmaster outlets, online at Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone at 800-745-3000. Sporting Kansas City Season Ticket Members will have access to an exclusive pre-sale.
The band's three platinum-selling albums -- Uncaged (Atlantic/Southern Ground), You Get What You Give (Atlantic/Southern Ground) and The Foundation (Atlantic Records/Home Grown/Big Picture) -- have together sold over six million copies and produced a historic series of eleven #1 hit singles. On the road, the group performed for over 1.3 million fans in 2013 with 70+ headline dates and more than a dozen major festival appearances. The band's latest project, The Grohl Sessions Vol. 1, is out now on Southern Ground.

Sporting Park has annually hosted major concerts and recording artists since the state-of-the-art, $200+ million venue opened in June 2011, including Farm Aid (Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews), Buzz Beach Ball (Jane's Addiction, Incubus, Foster the People, The Shins) and the Flatlands Country Music Festival (Luke Bryan, Darius Rucker, Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert).
