Wolves Return to Action at Home against Battalion & Petes

The Sudbury Wolves will conclude their seven-game road stretch Thursday in North Bay at the Memorial Gardens before returning to action at home for double-header match-ups. The Wolves will welcome the North Bay at 7:05pm on Friday to conclude their home and home set with the Battalion. They will then wrap up their weekend at home on Sunday afternoon against the Peterborough Petes at 2:00pm.

The Battalion sit 6th in the Eastern Conference and are led upfront by New Liskeard native Justin Brazeau who has more than doubled his point production this season with 38 goals and 34 assists for 72 points in 63 games. Brad Chenier and Daniel Walker will return to Greater Sudbury to play in front of their hometown crowd. On defence, the Battalion lineup features Calgary Flames prospect Riley Bruce.

Friday's game is sponsored by Cintas who will be on hand with blue Howl Towels for fans in attendance. Fans are encouraged to visit their tables in the lower lobby and on the club side for the chance to win great prizes! Lucky fans will also win Cintas Toques.

The Petes are led by six NHL prospects including Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Nikita Korostelev who leads Peterborough offensively with 68 points in 58 games. In net, Edmonton Oilers prospect Dylan Wells stands tall with a 3.45 Goals Against Average and a 0.902 Save Percentage.

Sunday's game is sponsored by Subway who will be on hand with coupons for the first 1000 fans in attendance. Lucky fans will win Subway gift cards throughout the game. Don't miss the Subway shoot- out in the first intermission! Olympic Silver Medalist, Rebecca Johnston, will also be on-hand Sunday to drop the puck and sign autographs for fans behind section 2 throughout the game.

The Sudbury Wolves are pleased to launch Fan Appreciation Week! Season Ticket Holders will be able to use their redeemers for all three remaining games ($5 fee applies) and there will also be tons of prizes and giveaways for lucky fans throughout the three remaining games. The Concession Team is also pleased to announce they will have D& A Meats Porketta Sandwiches available at both games this weekend in concession 1 & in the Club Lounge.

Tickets are on-sale now for both home games at the Box Office and online at greatersudbury.ca/tickets. Fans are encouraged to skip the box office line and save time with WOLVES WEB WEDNESDAY. All day Wednesday, every Wednesday, fans can purchase their tickets online and save the service fees!

Fans can also tune into Thursday's road game by tuning into the live play by play call on the radio at 96.7 CKLU or mxlr.com/sudburywolves on the Wolves App. Alternatively, fans have the option to listen in or tune into Eastlink TV 10 or 610 to watch Thursday's game on TV.

Fans can show off their Super Smash Bros Video Game skills this Saturday against members of the Sudbury Wolves who will be on hand at the New Sudbury Centre on March 10th from 2-4pm for fans to play video games with. A Super Smash Bros Video Game Challenge will take place at Centre Court from 12-2pm (pre-registration required) followed by free to play against members of the Wolves.
