
Wolves Host Rangers & Colts

The Sudbury Wolves will host double-header action at the Sudbury Arena this weekend as they host the Kitchener Rangers Friday night and Barrie Colts Sunday afternoon.
The Kitchener Rangers will make their one and only appearance in the Nickel City this season on Friday night. Game time is 7:30pm.The Rangers are led upfront by centre RYAN MACINNIS who was selected in the 2nd round (43rd overall) by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. MACINNIS leads the Rangers with 48 points in 53 games. The Rangers currently sit 5th in the tight Western Conference.

The Wolves are back on the ice on Sunday to host the Central Division leading, Barrie Colts at 2:00pm. The Colts are led upfront by JOSEPH BLANDISI. The 6' center was recently signed as a free agent with the New Jersey Devils and currently has 89 points to date this season. San Jose prospect KEVIN LABANC has also had a breakout year and sits only one point back of BLANDISI in team scoring. They both sit in the top 5 among league scoring leaders.

Prior to this weekend's double header, the Wolves will visit the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds on Wednesday at 7:00pm. Fans can follow the Wolves on the road by tuning into the live play-by-play on KFM 95.5 with Stew Kernan and Mike Poirier or watching on Eastlink TV, channel 10.
